 Lady Gaga Is This Year’s Most Charitable Celebrity

When Lady Gaga is not busy shopping without pants, she’s out somewhere doing something good for the world. In a poll by Dosomething.org asking which celebrity had done the most for charity this year, Lady Gaga won.

The Poker Face hitmaker’s outspoken support for gay rights and her tireless efforts in the campaign for the repeal of the U.S. military’s Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy placed her at number one, just ahead of Keys, who led the charge against HIV and AIDS in 2010.

Taylor Swift, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore, Matt Damon and Justin Bieber were also in the top 10. But where’s Angelina Jolie?

Are you happy that Lady Gaga won the poll or would you have voted for a different celebrity? I have to say that she grows on me more with every passing day. She works hard at her craft, she appreciates her fans and she gives back. What’s not to like?

Of course, it looks like there was a crush of fans, so I’m guessing it was accidental, or even just a misleading camera angle, given that Lady Gaga and the fan end up embracing. It’s nowhere near as bad as stalking or anything.

These types of awkward moments are probably just a day in the life for a celebrity .

Madame Tussauds is really going all out for the Lady Gaga wax figure unveilings today. This morning we gave you Germany and London – and now here is New York!

“Adding Lady Gaga to our attraction is a fantastic way to continue Madame Tussauds New York’s 10th Anniversary celebration- the demand to include her figure has been overwhelming,” said Janine DiGioacchino, Divisional Director of Midway Attractions, Merlin USA. “It’s been quite a challenge to keep details of eight figure launches top secret, but the fans certainly seem to have enjoyed the intrigue. We look forward to seeing the other styles at our sister attractions as they go public across the day in Hong Kong, Shanghai, London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Las Vegas and Hollywood”.

Teen Hacker “Sorry” For Stealing From Lady Gaga

Something tells me this won’t be adequate, but a German teen accused of hacking into Lady Gaga’s computer (along with Kelly Clarkson and other celebrities), stealing their music, and selling them online has written a letter of apology.

The 18-year-old says: “I’m sorry for everything I’ve done — I never thought it would go so far… we were only interested in the music.”

The teenager (the only name released is Deniz A.) was “intoxicated by the power of accessing celebrities’ personal data,” according to his attorney.

“My client felt like he was in a movie,” he said. “It is almost unbelievable that such a boy could hack into the accounts of superstars. He knows he made a mistake.”

This explanation might fly if the teen hadn’t SOLD the music online. The teen was working with a 23-year-old accomplice. It’s horrible to think of them essentially ruining their lives by being criminally prosecuted, but they were old enough to know better.

Lady Gaga was spotted doing some shopping at a Chanel boutique in Milan, Italy earlier today. Getting in and out of her own outfit to try on clothes must’ve been a challenge!


I bet Lady Gaga dresses much more, um, normally when she isn’t “on” as a performer (or paparazzi target), so I guess that’s when she would wear something from Chanel. Otherwise, I can’t see that store having anything she’d want!

 Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, And Others Hit By Hackers

Police are investigating two men – 17 & 23 – for hacking into the computers of Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, Ke$ha, and Kelly Clarkson and stealing music they were working on! The hackers, from Germany, were “plugged in” to the musicians’ computers for as long as TWELVE MONTHS before they were discovered. They reportedly got access by sending a Trojan to the official email accounts of the celebs, their record companies, and management.


The men reportedly made about $13,000 from selling the hacked songs – and many times the leaks forced the artists to release the music early. One of the men said:

“I’m a fan and I just wanted to have cool music,” he was quoted by the newspaper as saying. “I’m no blackmailer.”

What fan would dream of doing something so malicious? I can’t even imagine! Have you had any issues with hackers on your system?

Showing off another interesting look, Lady Gaga was clad in a white nurse outfit-inspired ensemble while out in Vienna, Austria on Wednesday evening (November 10).

The 24-year-old graciously signed autographs outside of her hotel after arriving from Turin, Italy to perform a concert at Stadthalle on Thursday night, November 11th.


Following her Austrian gig, Gaga will get a few more days off before back-to-back shows in Zurich, Switzerland as her seemingly endless Monster's Ball Tour rolls along.

Also sending out a message to her now 7+ million followers, the always-unique singer wrote, "'To find comfort, I was thinking about a new fantastic + different world, buying fashion magazines instead of my lunch' thanku littlemonster"
